Shipping Policy

Welcome to Ivoranes. We make dresses you will love, and we want them to reach you without hassle. Read on to learn how shipping works.

1. What You Pay for Shipping

Spend $60 or more and shipping is free.

For orders under $60, choose your speed:

Flat Shipping $7.99
Express Shipping $8.99
VIP Express Shipping $12.99
All prices in USD. These rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory, any extra fee will appear at checkout.

2. How Fast We Process

After you order and pay, we start packing.

Normal: 1 to 2 business days

Busy times (holidays, big sales, new collections): up to 3 business days

Orders after 2 PM Eastern Time? Next business day

Weekend or holiday order? Next business day

We email you the moment your package leaves our door.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates start after your order ships.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery
Flat Shipping 7 to 15 business days
Express Shipping 5 to 12 business days
VIP Express Shipping 3 to 5 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and other surprises can add time.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will never wonder where your dress is.

Within 24 hours of shipping, we send a tracking number to your email

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate

You can also log into your account on our site to check your order status.

5. Check Your Address Before You Click Buy

One wrong letter can send your dress to the wrong city.

We cannot change your shipping address after your order is confirmed. Mistakes can cause:

Long delays

Your package coming back to us

If a package returns because you gave a bad address, you pay to send it again.

Double-check: full name, street address (apartment too), city, state, ZIP code, and a working phone number.

6. Lost Packages

If the carrier loses your package, do this:

Check the tracking link yourself first

Call the carrier with your tracking number

Email [email protected] with your order number

We will open a lost package investigation for you.

You must tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

We refund or replace only after the carrier says it is truly lost

If the carrier says “Delivered,” we cannot help — that is between you and them

7. Late Packages

Your dress is late. What now?

Wait 5 extra business days past the estimate

We will ask the carrier to track it down

We do not refund for lateness unless more than 20 business days have passed since your order shipped.

8. Damaged Dresses

We inspect every dress before it goes out. But accidents happen in transit.

If your dress arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the damage AND the box within 48 hours

Email photos plus your order number to [email protected]

Keep the box and packing material until we tell you what to do

We will send a free replacement or give a full refund — including your shipping fee.

9. When We Refund Shipping Fees

You get your original shipping fee back only if:

We sent the wrong dress or wrong size

Your dress arrived damaged

The carrier confirms your package is lost

For change of mind or wrong size ordered by you, the shipping fee stays with us.
